Apostasy - The term apostasy comes from the Greek from Greek apostasis, which means "revolt". An apostate completely abandons their religious faith and either embraces a different religion or simply rejects religion entirely and become irreligious.
One of the fastest growing religious trends in today's world is Islamic apostasy (IRTIDÃD). Normal Muslims around the world have been turning their backs on the evil teachings of the dark side and taking their lives in their hands by leaving Islam. Death has long been the chosen punishment for those who dare to leave Islam...Although if it were up to me I would throw a big party and give them each a signed copy of ' Betjeman's Banana Blush'.
